This coming weekend will give engaged couples a chance to meet our wedding photographers (see below) and view some of our award winning albums. We will be at the America’s Center from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm on Saturday & Sunday, January 10 & 11, 2009.

St Louis newlyweds contributed their raves and reviews on the area’s wedding professionals. The newlyweds were asked to rate their vendors on multiple criteria, from creativity to professionalism, and to comment on their experiences. The resulting ratings—and detailed feedback—were aggregated by the editors of The Knot to create this one-of-a-kind publication highlighting the best wedding resources in each region according to local brides. The survey was administered by Harris Interactive.

We are humbled and thrilled to receive this accolade. For the past 14 years we have been photographing weddings and honored that so many brides have entrusted us with their special day.

Meet the photographers:

Paul Nordmann (above left) has been part of the family business for over ten years. He is the lead wedding photography and the oldest son of Lisa and John. Paul has a unique style that was developed through his many years as a sports photographer. Paul recently graduated from the Hallmark Institute of Photography and graduated number one in his class of 220 students. He also received the prestigious Mamiya Award of Excellence given to the student with the best overall portfolio.. Paul’s laid back personality, unobtrusive manner, and artistic eye is a true benefit to any wedding.

Kurtis Hall (above right) has been photographing for Nordmann Photography for over two years and has quickly become one of the family. Kurtis has a hunger for photography and a thirst for the unordinary. He has a keen sense of lighting that keeps his photography on the cutting edge. He has been a true asset to Nordmann Photography and has brought a new vision to our wedding photography. Kurtis also has a wonderful way of keeping a connection with the bride and groom through his kindness and sense of humor.
